Jiahui's biggie day

Was invited to my Shatec schoolmate's wedding at The Legends Fort Canning. Quite a nice simplistic wedding, not the most extravagant around but at least the couple enjoyed themselves, so who cares =)

Finally laid my hands on this woonderphone. realised that its also the ultimate cool device to kill boredom too, though most of the time its the babe who is playing. Shes addicted to the iPuppy, this game that practically brings us back to the Tamagotchi craze, taking care of a online animal.

iPhone 3.0 software update

this wonder-phone has been taking too much flaks recently, due to the incompetence to certain functions that human beings would like to have. oh well, better here than never. they managed to come up with some updates available to all iPhone users.

some of the most interesting additions to the new iPhone firmware below, but here is a summary of the highlights:

copy and paste
push notification
P2P over Bluetooth
MMS
embeddable maps
landscape mode for all Apple apps
ability to send multiple photos

the ability to forward messages would certainly be welcome and applauded by many iPhone users. Functions like these may not be used as often as someone would have imagined, but it belongs so those nitty gritty details that a phone person would like to have. My first Panasonic phone which weighs like the cordless phone in my house can actually do this function while this 3G iPhone by Mac can't? I hope this update can be downloaded soon.

All these just made me more determined to get this woonderphone. soon soon =)

the special day

fifth march, the special day.

the built up of this eventful day was not exactly as what we both would have hoped for. we had a disagreement in some issues that had fortunately, or rather temporarily been resolved. relationship issues are sometimes as complex as how great walls are built.

On a lighter note, fast forward to the happier 2nd half of this day. cast away from the robustic city life just few streets away, the botanic garden being its usual serene self played host to 2 city bums. Hidden within the park, the overall landscape managed to earn some "WOW" from the 2 of us, from the bonsai(s), to the swan lake (without swans) and the countless sculptures are all worth mentioning.

All these "distractions" however proved the obstacles towards our FOOD mission. (you will soon find out why)

yes, you are right. the METAL DEVICE named CAMERA is a weapon when it reaches my gf hands. I can forsee alot of her friends will nod as they agree to this open secret. we camwhore till we're both FUNGRY. we want FOOD .... !!
